By messaging Loci over WhatsApp or SMS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Loci is a personal memory assistant. You forward things to it — messages, photos, voice notes — and it builds a memory of what you've shared so you can ask about it later. Loci is an early-stage service: features, behavior, and reliability may change as it develops.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the phone number you message Loci from.
Texting Loci's number is our only opt-in method — there is no separate signup form or checkbox. By sending us a message, you consent to receive text messages back from us at that number. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and opt back in by simply messaging us again; reply HELP for help.
Message frequency varies based on how often you message us — we only reply when you write to us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are used solely to operate the service and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree not to use Loci to:
You retain ownership of everything you send to Loci. By sending it, you give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service to you — building your memory profile and answering your questions. We don't use your content for any other purpose.
As an early-stage service, Loci is provided without a guarantee of uptime or availability. We aim for reliability, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or behave unexpectedly.
Loci is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that its responses will always be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loci and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using Loci at any time — simply stop messaging it, or reply STOP to opt out of SMS. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
As Loci develops, these terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
